Pre-Orders
You can cancel pre-orders for any reason up until the date your order is shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, reach out to us directly at shoptinypantry@gmail.com.

Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us directly and we will remedy the situation on a case-by-case basis. We want our customers to be happy with their orders and we will do everything we can to ensure that is the case. 

Address Changes
If you need to change the address that your pre-order is being shipped to, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will update your shipping address.
