Shipping policy

Some of the products we sell are described as "made-to-order" or "preorders". For this reason, our shipping policy only applies to orders once the inventory is received by us (or made by us) depending on the type of pre-described distribution methods. For this reason, we cannot guarantee when we will receive our made to order or pre-ordered inventory and thus cannot provide a precise shipping window. We can guarantee that fulfillment is our number one priority and that we ship items as quickly as possible.
